Starting a reusable bags fundraiser program with iCareBags is only an e-mail away. For your school, church or sports club, our reusable bags fundraiser kit has everything you will need to kick off a successful event.
For each iCareBag reusable bag sold, your school or organization will earn money, but most importantly, the children will learn important information about the effects of plastic waste on the Earth and have a hand in making a change for the better.
iCareBags™ offers the following two campaign options for your fundraiser:
Traditional Campaign - We recognize that not all schools have parents with equal access to the Internet. With that in mind, we offer our Traditional Campaign where students can utilize a combination of Printed Order Forms and Product Flyers to collect sales from family, friends, and neighbors. Supplemental documents from our iCareBags™ Reusable Bags Fundraiser Kit are available online during the campaign period. After your campaign period ends, schools will tally the orders, and create a bulk order online. We calculate your earnings, credit it towards your account and send a final invoice.
Online Campaign – We recommend our Online Campaign due to its paper savings to the environment. With online campaigns, schools have access to an Email Blast which can be sent to students’ family and friends – even to those out of town - and contains all the information needed to collect online orders. Supplemental documents from our iCareBags™ Reusable Bags Fundraiser Kit are available online during the campaign period.
Upon deciding to start a fundraising campaign for your organization, an online account will be created for you and a Campaign Code will be assigned to your school. Your school should designate a Campaign Coordinator who shall act as the contact person for your school. This individual will be listed on Email Blasts and Order Forms for any questions that may arise from your campaign supporters.
Campaigns may span an entire school year, or have specific start and end dates. For ongoing campaigns, the school will select a date for monthly bag delivery. At the end of a campaign, your Campaign Coordinator will receive a final bag delivery with a detailed list of orders for distribution. The check for your school’s fundraiser earnings will be included with this delivery.

The Video: Our engaging video entitled i CARE, stars Atlanta middle school students who helped write the script as well. Its primary focus is to demonstrate that we all have a role to play in improving the health of our environment. Teachers will love to use it as a starting point for lessons, and the students will be learning and be inspired to act on their new knowledge.
The Fact Sheet and Morning Announcements: To continually educate during fundraiser, the Plastic Bag Fact Sheet, and Morning Announcements, are a great springboard for environmental lessons at every grade level. Use these to create awareness with your student body, or create a school-wide Trivia Game. You can also use these to present the idea to school administration, faculty, PTA members, etc. to get everyone on board.
The Product Flyers: To make this easy and fun to implement, we provide color flyers with pictures of the bag designs ready to be sent home as well as full-color order forms. There are no minimum orders or set timelines.
The Jumbo iCareBag: To raise community awareness and change habits – our reusable bags fundraiser kit offers a giant iCareBag for recycling of plastic bags. This will help promote the idea to community members who will see it in front of your school. Hopefully they will be encouraged to make the switch to reusable bags *.
The Contest: To encourage creativity, we encourage participating school children to submit a design to iCareBags™ for use in future bag designs. If the student’s design is chosen the bag will carry his/her name and the date. All submissions will not be returned and will become the property of iCareBags™.
